Delivery Within Pakistan

We deliver orders across Pakistan through trusted courier partners such as TCS, Leopards, Call Courier, and other reliable services.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our customer support team may contact you via call or SMS to verify your order. Unverified orders may be cancelled after 3 days.

After verification, orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically delivered within 3–5 working days.

Free delivery is available on all orders above Rs. 3,999 across Pakistan.

International Orders

International customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been dispatched.

A sales invoice and shipment confirmation will be sent via email. Any customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange & Return Policy

At Multinche, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange subject to the following conditions:

Exchange Eligibility

Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:

• The exchange request is submitted via email, phone, SMS, or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving the order.

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

• Original packaging, tags, and labels are intact.

• The original invoice is provided.

• The item has no stains, odors, damage, or signs of use.

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged.

• International orders are not eligible for exchange.

No Refund Policy

We maintain a strict No Refund Policy. Refunds and cashback are not available. Customers may only request an exchange if the item meets the conditions outlined above.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or wrong-sized item, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos along with your order details.

Approved claims will be processed within 5–7 working days.

Exchange Approval

All exchange requests are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to accept or decline any exchange request that does not meet our policy requirements.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, international orders are not eligible for exchange or return.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we recommend taking clear photos of the package before opening it, as well as photos of the item received.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, discount, or refund at our discretion.

Any complaint reported after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for review or compensation.

If a customer refuses to accept an international order at the time of delivery, we are not responsible for providing a refund, replacement, or compensation.

We carefully review all claims and reserve the right to decline requests in cases of suspected misuse or policy violations.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their order at any time before it has been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched and tracking information has been provided, the order can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, our Exchange Policy will apply.

For eligible cancellations made after payment has been processed, we may offer store credit or a discount code for future purchases instead of a cash refund.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Common reasons for cancellation include:

• Product is out of stock

• Payment could not be verified

• Incorrect pricing or technical errors

• Suspected fraudulent activity

• Incomplete or inaccurate customer information

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the customer will be notified and an appropriate resolution will be provided.
